  • 1. Eligibility:
    • 1.1 All promotions are only available to users who are eligible for Binance Futures trading and may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions or to certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements.
    • 1.2 Sub-accounts will not be considered as individual participants. PnL and trading volume of sub-accounts will be combined with the master accounts’ standard PnL and trading volume in the final calculation.
    • 1.3 Trades on any COIN-M or USDⓈ-M futures contracts will count as eligible trades.
    • 1.4 The effective trading volume counts both buys and sells, excluding any wash trades.
    • 1.5 Users are responsible for informing themselves about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to the access to and use of Binance Futures trading services in each country/region from which the services are accessed.
    • 1.6 Binance reserves the right to change, modify or impose additional restrictions with respect to the access to and use of the Binance Futures trading services if it is justified due to important reasons.
  • 2. Participation and Winners Selection:
    • 2.1 Daily BTC Price Prediction:
      Every day, between 14:00 and 13:00 UTC the next day, the user who correctly predicts or comes closest to the mark price of the BTCUSDT Perpetual Contract at 14:00 UTC can win 0.05 BTC. If multiple users provide equally accurate predictions, the one who submitted first will be declared the winner. Please note that the prediction is given in minutes and is based on the close price of each minute. Therefore, the final price is defined by the close price of the mark price at 13:59 UTC (The closest price to the mark price at 14:00 UTC in terms of minutes).
    • 2.2 Weekly Tesla Challenge:
      A user with a Golden Ticket will be selected based on the alignment of the final 9 digits of their ticket number with the last BNB Beacon Chain hash value, checked weekly at 13:59:59 UTC every Sunday. The user with the longest matching sequence of digits wins a Tesla. If several users have matching ticket numbers, the winner will be the one with the highest number of Golden Tickets. If their Golden Ticket counts are the same, the user who joined the Weekly Tesla Challenge first will be declared the winner. Please note that users who click on the referral link shared by the participant will automatically join the Weekly Tesla Challenge and will be considered as referrals of the participant.
    • 2.3 Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers:
      1000 Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers, each valued at 5 USDT, will be randomly distributed among the remaining Golden Ticket holders.
    • 2.4 Prediction and the Weekly Tesla Challenge are not mutually exclusive. Users may win multiple rewards as long as they meet the relevant terms and conditions.
    • 2.5 Participation in the event must adhere strictly to the specific timeframe as announced. Any action outside the announced event duration will not be considered.
      2.5.1 Daily BTC Price Prediction: 14:00 UTC one day to 13:00 UTC the following day.
      2.5.2 Weekly Tesla Challenge From Sunday at 14:00 UTC to the following Sunday at 13:59 UTC；Task 1: Execution of First Futures Trade Between 2024-02-18 at 14:00 and 2024-03-17 at 13:59 (UTC)；Task 2: Daily Trading Volume in Futures Daily between 00:00 and 23:59 UTC；Task 3: Referring Users for Futures Trading From Sunday at 14:00 UTC to the following Sunday at 13:59 UTC. The leaderboard, Task Status will be updated every 60 minutes, but updates may be earlier or delayed depending on the amount of data. Please base it on the actual update time of the day.
  • 3. Rewards Distribution:
    • 3.1 All voucher rewards will be distributed to eligible users within 1 day after the winner announcement. Users should claim their rewards within 30 days.
    • 3.2 Users may log in and redeem their voucher rewards via Account Rewards Hub.
    • 3.3 All voucher rewards will expire within 30 days after distribution. Eligible users should claim their vouchers before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a Binance voucher.
    • 3.4 The Tesla Model Y reward will be in the form of a vehicle purchase fund of 50,000 USDT token voucher.
    • 3.5 Users are required to place their Tesla Model Y orders on the official website and manage all order-related and delivery communication directly with Tesla.
    • 3.6 Users shall submit a screenshot of the order to Binance team for verification.
    • 3.7 After confirmation by Binance team, the winning users will receive the 50,000 USDT in token vouchers within 30 days post-submission. Users should claim their rewards within 30 days, If not utilized within this period, the voucher will expire.
    • 3.8 Users hereby guarantee that the car purchase fund provided by Binance will only be used to purchase the car.
    • 3.9 Binance reserves the right to review and cancel the winner's qualification.
  • 4. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the "Leaderboard" data displayed on the Platform. Technical limitations or heavy prediction volume may delay updates. Therefore, users should not solely rely on Leaderboard data for their expectations or actions.
  • 5. Binance reserves the right to disqualify user’s Reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self dealing, or market manipulation).
  • 6. Binance reserves the right to determine and/or amend or vary these Terms & Conditions, its eligibility terms, and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done if it is justified due to important reasons, including but not limited to: A. changes in applicable regulations or policies; B. obligations arising out of law or decisions issued by common courts or public administration; C. anti-money laundering or combating financing terrorism rules; D. technical issues beyond our control; E. necessity to protect users from potential losses; F. necessity to protect Binance from the loss of reputation; G. extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

  • 8. Where any discrepancy arises between the local language version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
